Upload new firmware

Use controller-firmware.bin from the release. The upload takes about half a minute, then the device restarts and confirms the new firmware — keep it powered for one more minute. If anything goes wrong, the device keeps or returns to the current firmware. The e-paper module is updated over USB.
iPhone: open this page in Safari (http://192.168.1.1/update), not in the pop-up that appears when joining the WiFi — it cannot pick files.
Snapshot note — not on the device. The upload is simulated in the browser, but the chosen file is checked the way the controller checks it. The sample files below are small demo images, not real firmware. The update PIN is 1234 (update_pin in config.ini; three wrong PINs lock updates for 60 s). After an upload the device restarts, disappears for a few seconds and confirms the new firmware after 20 s. Sample files:Reset to v1.6.0 on app0
